• 4.0 out of 5 stars from vixster -- Overall a nice book : With this being a brand new "100 Best" recipes I was hoping for a hardcover ringed binder. Pictures and recipes in this book are amazing, but regular binding makes it more difficult to read and cook from. The recipes are Classic, many great pastry and bread recipes, I would have liked to see more main courses and there are no soup/stew recipes. Divider tabs also would have been a plus. Also there are a lot Gluten Free recipes, I don't bake with almond or rice or coconut flour so it would have been nice to have a note stating how much all purpose flour could be used, but those who like to cook gluten free should pick this recipe book up. Over all I am pleased with this hardcover book. There were just a few misses, hence the 4 stars. ( Reviewed in the United States on September 28, 2021 )
